They are membrane devices which are insensitive to changing pH, use no reagents, are extremely stable, and have reduced maintenance and reduced whole life costs.

►Performance Features:
- Membrane-type amperometry principle sensor
- Stable performance and accurate measurement result
- Reagents and buffers are not required

►Working Principle:
The sensor could be used for measuring the samples based on the membrane-type amperometry principle. The microporous hydrophilic membrane on the sensor could allow residual chlorine(HClO and CLO-)or total chlorine(HCLO, CLO- and combined chlorine) to enter the sensor. Within the sensor, the process converts most of the CLO- to HCLO, which is consumed at the gold working electrode to obtain a value of mg/L or ppm.
