Bebur Autoflush is an automatic cleaning system that can be used in dirtier and potentially fouling processes.Autoflush can be used with Bebur pH,ORP,Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine,Ozone,Chlorine Dioxide,Hydrogen Peroxide or Peracetic Acid Water Quality Sensors(or a combination ofsensors).Autoflush consists of a large flow cell,which can automatically clean thesensor according to the cleaning time set by the user.It can be mounted in paper-making mills,food factories,hospitals and other factories.Keeping the water quality sensor clean can improve the performance of the sensor.

  • ▶ Overview:

    Bebur Autoflush is an automatic cleaning system that can be used in dirtier and potentially  fouling  processes.

    Autoflush can be used with Bebur pH,ORP,Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine,Ozone,Chlorine Dioxide,Hydrogen Peroxide or Peracetic Acid Water Quality Sensors(or  a  combination  of sensors).Autoflush consists of a large flow cell,which  can  automatically clean the sensor according to the cleaning time set by the user.It can be mounted in paper-making mills,food  factories,hospitals  and  other factories.Keeping  the water quality sensor clean can improve the performance of the sensor.

     

    ▶ Product Features:

    ■ Reduce sensor maintenance frequency
    ■ Prolong the service life of the sensor
    ■ Flush time could be set by the user
    ■Flush frequency could be set by the user

     

    ▶Work  Principle

    Every x minutes (the user can set x),Autoflush starts to  drain  the  sample,and  the  water  quality  sensor mounted in the device is cleaned with clear water to remove   the   accumulated   solid   particles   and contaminants  and  discharge  them.Automatic  & repeated   flushing   of   the   sensor   prevents   the accumulation of solid particles,prolongs the service life of the sensor and reduces routine maintenance frequency.For wax or fat buildup,flush the sensor with    warm    water.Even     in     fiber-containing
    application,the sensor functions normally with the Autoflush.Each   Autoflush   can   accommodate   2 sensors.

     

    ▶ Workflow:

    The  user  can  preset  a  cleaning  time,and  the Autoflush will  automatically  flush  the  sensor at   the   predetermined   time   without   manual operation.


    ▶ Application:

    Autoflush is suitable for many applications, including:paper-making  mills,mud,washing towers,food disinfection,sewage,food pasteurization  and  pre-chlorination  application.
