  •  BT3500-OZ series ozone analyzer uses the ultraviolet dualpath absorption method for real-time detection of ozone generator outlet concentration or exhaust gas ozone concentration. It can continuously monitor the ozone concentration in the outlet pipeline of the ozone generator. It is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozonegas in operating pipelines, containers, and other environments. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal, and sewage treatment industries for measuring ozone generator outlet concentration and ozone generator output.
     

    The BT3500-0Z series ozone analyzer, based on Beer-Lambert's law, calculates the current ozone concentration by measuring the change in light signal intensity before and after ozone absorption of ultraviolet light. The equipment utilizes
    an advanced dual-path ultraviolet light source system with an integrated intelligent lamp management system, ensuring the ultraviolet lamps quickly reach measurement mode upon startup. Employing separate photocell technology, the equipment
    features leak-free operation, high pressure resistance, resistance to high-flow-rate sampling gas impact, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low operating costs.

    The BT3500-OZ features an automatic zero-point purging every 72 hours to ensure zero-point stability and prevent zero point drift from affecting the accuracy of the detected concentration. During zeroing, the gas flow rate, pressure, and
    velocity remain constant to prevent airflow impact from affecting the zeroing process, ensuring that the equipment can operate continuously 24 hours a day.
